Hp envy 6055e connect to wifi.
I’m trying to connect to new hp envy 6055e printer with my iPad. I get the message that Bluetooth is too weak- move closer. I do, but doesn’t help. Or I get message asking for hp password, which I don’t know. I’m getting nowhere. And the purple scanning light stops and turns contiuous blue.
The printer is an HP ENVY 6055e. I had no problems on the previous router as it was dual band but had the seperate 2.4g and 5 g bands. The new router I received from my ISP ran both bands simultaneously and it would not connect.
