The Leap and Think are going to be quite a bit different in my opinion. In terms of build, the Leap is better, hands down. It is just a more well built chair, feels more solid. The Leap also has a better lumbar support system with the depth adjustment. I think the biggest different between the chairs is the way they recline.

What I was going to do is use a headrest system from a wheelchair. From places like ottobock you can get a headrest adapter kit that would clamp onto the frame on the back of the leap as if it were wheelchair rods. A headrest mount attaches to that and then you can put a headrest of you choice on the mount.
